Last time Kenny lost 11 dreads it was called a minor skirmish. And unlike them MH have massive moon income, so yes, 20 caps are nothing for a big alliance, as there are individuals in this game that can easily afford to own bigger cap fleets...
You do realize your alliance has pretty much all the Cloud Ring dyspro/prom ? (MH's main region) 
Edit; ok admittedly there's a lot in Pure Blind, but i'm guessing MH get to share those with IRON, G-FED, TRI etc

well all of fade only has 1 dyspro 5 prom, doubt you guys even have all of that with g-fed there :O
i actually just looked at influence map and didn't notice that was (part of) fade and not pure blind, hope you guys have some of the PB moon mins, otherwise you're in even worse shape than i thought

Moon income DOES bring in ISK but compared to almost every other form of ISK making its pretty risky and not worth it, but I am sure you would disagree since you're the one that is obviously spending hour and hour competing to sell these low demand minerals.
You are seriously delusional, it's about the easiest and fastest way to make ISK if you're strong enough to hold prom/dyspro moons, and by FAR the most profitable, more importantly it requires pretty much zero investment.
They're not low demand since they're required for all T2 production, and if you wanted the same income from f.i. T2 BPOs you'd have to spend like 100 billion to get same as a single promethium moon gives you, and 200 billion for the income of a dyspro moon.
Plus it's a lot more effort building T2 stuff than it is to just mine moongold and dump it on market.
